The preservation work looked nice in general, but part of the arrangement came off. I contacted the manager and she told me that she would let me know how to solve it. Unfortunately, after several attempts to communicate, I have not received a response. I consider that customer service after delivery is as important as the work done.

My daughter was elated when she first saw the delivery from Timeless Flowers. The job matched perfectly to the colors and themes we described. I will absolutely be a return customer and highly recommend this business to others.

If I could leave this business zero stars i absolutely would. This company is scamming people and the communication is HORRIBLE. it’s always an excuse, one after another. I already sent $350.00 and am extremely grateful that I didn’t send it the entire $750.00. At this point I just want my finished product back and she told me that they would be sent before Christmas. Not a word. I’ve received ZERO paperwork. I want my flowers back and half of my money back. You will not be getting any more money from me. How dare this company take something so special to me and my husband from one of the best moments of our lives. This company should be shut down

My now husband and I were very happy to use Timeless Flowers for our Wedding. She and her team made the day of smooth, seamless, and stress free. She was also very flexible, knowledgeable and understanding throughout the planning process navigating the updates in budget, color scheme, and table scapes. You could also see and feel the personal touch that she brought to our special day. Strongly recommend!

I had just moved to Broward and I was looking for flowers for my daughter’s homecoming dance. I found Timeless flowers online. I am so glad I did. Adriana answered my call and made me feel like I was talking to my best friend. I sent her a picture of my daughter’s dress and told her I needed a bouquet and a boutonnière. The flowers arrived the day before the dance and they were stunning. The flowers perfectly matched her dress, I couldn’t believe how incredible they turned out. My daughter was in love with her bouquet. I highly recommend Timeless flowers and Adriana! They are amazing. Updating with more pictures. Used Adriana for prom too! Again amazing flowers! And the flowers were even better than the inspiration photos my daughter sent her. The flowers matched the dress perfectly.
